With news that Manchester City’s hierarchy is set to revamp the roster this summer, the club have been linked to many star players in recent days and weeks.

It is no longer a secret that Manuel Pellegrini wants Paul Pogba. The club is in the running for the highly coveted Juventus stud, but it is unclear how much they have, or will, offer for the young French phenom.

Meanwhile, the chatter surrounding an Arjen Robben to Manchester City move has picked up, but it is still unlikely that the Blues will pursue the 31-year-old Dutchman.

The Bayern speedster will turn 32 next season and all indications point to City trying to get younger this summer, not older. The Blues are likely to dump 32-year-old midfielder YaYa Toure, for example.

Moving on to another one of City’s key targets this summer, Wolfsburg’s Kevin De Bruyne has attracted the attention of both PSG and Bayern Munich.

City is very interested in De Bruyne but have yet to make any official offer to the 23-year-old Belgian.

This summer is likely going to be an exciting, and expensive, one for Manchester City. The Blues want to get younger and more athletic to support their star attacker, Sergio Aguero.
